You could try a scoop of Greek Yogurt with Berries on top of the pancakes. The Greek yogurt would give you some more protein. Just recalculate your calories so that you don't go over. My husband & I have decided to postpone 1 week because of my travel schedule, but that is fine. I'm actually going to take workouts 5 & 6 with me and move on without him.
