Body Revolution Day 83 of 90

Day 83 =  Cardio 3

I just noticed after editing and re-publishing this post, it has the wrong date on the top. It should be, Saturday May 5, 2012 and not today's date.  Uggghhhh!

Cardio 3...what more can I say about this one??? I know!...I only have to do it 2 more times and then I will be done Body Revolution.
I think next week on Wednesday and Saturday I will push the UP button on this one. I am going to use some weights for some, or possibly ALL of the moves.
I almost forgot to turn my HRM on. Well...actually I did! I was about 3-4 minutes in and looked down and realized I hadn't hit the start button. No worries though, I hit and then carried on forward.

Let's talk about food now.

Today's food...
Breakfast: Egg Whites & Turkey Bacon

Lunch: Baja Salad from Wendy's Half Size
I had also had a bit of my son's kid size frosty, and I wish I hadn't. It gave me a bit of a stomach ache.

Snack: Next Organics Dark Chocolate Goji Berries
We were out all day and me and the kids stopped into David's Gourmet to pick up some freshly made Chicken burgers from the Healthy Butcher. So we picked up some of these yummy treats. There is still no sign of the Dark Chocolate Bananas...WTF!

We are out for dinner tonight with some friends, so I finishing this blog on-the-go. So it may appear a bit different looking than normal. So forgive me if I misspelled a word or two, or if the pictures don't look as good.
I will be back in top form tomorrow.

Dinner: Baked Tilapia with a Pineapple & Tomato Chutney served with Vegetables and Sweet Potato Fries
I had a craving for Sweet Potato Chips ever since this morning while we were in David's Gourmet. I almost bought a bag, but then I put it back and pick up the tray and slicer to help me make my own.
So I satisfied my craving by having the SP Fries with my meal(no dipping sauce). The meal was really nice.

It was nice to get out with great friends and enjoy some great food.

Plank Hold Challenge time...

Tomorrow is rest day. I will fix up this post a bit. And talk about what is coming up next. I'm going to attempt to make some more Sweet Potato Chips too. And maybe some Parsnip Chips. And a Frozen Grape Treat.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

    1. Hey e,

I didn't do the Parsnips ones yet. And I have yet to try it with the potato. My husband is waiting on those, because he doesn't like sweet potato.

      Thanks for reading!

  3. Shut the front door....a 4 minute plank!!!!! Wow, very impressive!!! I still can't get past 45 seconds without wanting to feel like I'm going to die!! But I'll keep at it. Your progress is definitely motivating!

Isn't it strange now that we're eating so healthy and clean that ice cream upsets our tummies?? I had frozen yogurt with some candy in it and marshmallow fluff last night and my tummy hurt for the longest time afterwards. My body is just not used to eating sugar like that anymore!!

    1. Hey Helene,

You will get there with your plank. The greatest thing is that you are TRYING!

I know about the whole upset stomach thing. At least it's a reminder of how we should be sticking with our healthy eating ALL the time. We want to feel great, so no more crap!

      Stay Strong!
