My Week of Freedom Day 5 - Feeling Better and Raring to Go!

Day 5 of my FREE week...I slept in a little bit because I knew I could.  My head was clearer and I was ready to go!  I did Level 1 of Extreme Shed & Shred again just so I would not overdo it.  I tried pushing a little harder this morning to make up for the past couple days.  Depending on what we plan for tomorrow, I may try the Glorious Glutes workout that Rita Catolino posted on Tosca Reno's blog yesterday.  It is the last long weekend of the summer before the kids start back to school here where I live.  So hopefully we will get out and do something fun tonight and the following 3 days.  On the 3rd day of this weekend though is the start of Body Revolution.  On Monday September 3rd I will be starting MY second round of the Body Revolution program.  My husband is going to join me, it will be his first time through it.  So with your support we will get through it together with flying colours.  I will ask his permission this weekend if I can post his results through my blog.  It may just inspire some of the guys out there to start on their own journey to a Healthier Version of THEMselves.  I will let you know if he gives me the OKAY or not.

This morning after my workout I was looking through facebook and saw this on a page that a friend of mine LIKED...This is SO wrong!  The company Body by Vi stole her pictures and used them for their own advertising...

As I said, my head is clear but I have a wicked sore throat.  You know how much I like water and, well, today, it's not tasting all that great, and it's not going down as well as it normally does.  It's quiet time here in the daycare(1:30pm) and I have only drank 6 cups so far.  Normally I have had 9+ by now.  This is real time blogging now...it is now 4:49pm and still I am only sitting at 6 cups of water...blah...it's very hard to swallow...as silly as that sounds, it's the truth.  But I will get through today with MAYBE some sorbet or frozen yogurt later after dinner...MAYBE, just to ease the soreness.  Don't let a cold become an excuse for not working out or eating poorly.  I did this in the past, and that is what got me overweight, NO, OBESE!  I will not let that happen again.  Even if you do a mini workout or go for a walk.  I know when you are sick, you feel like the world will never be the same again.  At least that is how I felt yesterday.  Just get plenty of rest and you will be back to 100% before you know it.   I'm glad this happened to me this week and not next.  With the kids starting back to school and my husband and I doing the Kickstart, being sick is the last thing I would need.

Today's food...
Breakfast: Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Graspberry Jelly/Orange
This is probably something I should have eaten ALL day.  The silky smooth texture of the yogurt was great my sore throat.  And the Vitamin C from the orange will kick this cold in the butt.

Snack: Protein Shake x 2
Shake # 1 - I'm not naming this shake because it wasn't just a mixture of things and it didn't taste that great so I didn't finish it.  It was that bad, I didn't even take a picture of it.
Shake # 2 - No name shake #2 Again tasted awful and my son tried some, he liked it but I dumped the rest down the sink.
Maybe I just wasn't into drinking a shake.  Oh but I was!  I wanted something cold and soothing to the throat.  But instead of wasting more protein powder, I just waited until lunch to eat again.

Lunch: Sweet Potato Loaded with Ground Chicken and Cottage Cheese

Snack: French Onion Cassava Chips

Dinner: Cream of Broccoli Soup
We went out for dinner tonight and I felt like having soup.  The only soup that they had was this Cream of Broccoli soup.  It was nice because it wasn't heavy and full of cream.  It was nice for my sore throat too.

Snack: Dutch Chocolate Frozen Yogurt with Peanut Butter
We stopped at the grocery store to stock up on some food to take on trip to the beach tomorrow.  I picked up some frozen yogurt to help the final stages of my sore throat.  I added a tablespoon of peanut butter to help bring my calorie count up.  It was good, but I don't really think it helped much.

I'm off to bed now as I want to get up and get a workout in before we head to the beach.  I started some food prep for tomorrow.  Some sweet peppers for snacks, fresh watermelon and put some salad in one of my 6 Pack Fitness Bag containers.  Pack CLEAN, eat CLEAN!  Looking forward to some fun at the beach.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

My Week of Freedom Day 4 - I'm Sore

After about 12 hours or so in bed, I woke up this morning when my alarm sounded, reset it for another 15 minutes and then got up to workout.  Still feeling kind of rough, I wasn't sure what I was going to do.  So I got dressed, and then headed up to my spin bike.  I didn't think my head could handle any jumping jacks from Jillian.  It felt good to be doing something. Despite having some trouble breathing, I made it through 45 minutes of great music and a great ride.  Not the best that I have done, but it was great because I did it.  NO Excuses!  I got it done!

After waking this morning I could feel the Extreme Shed & Shred workout in my shoulders.  As the day went on, I could feel Jillian's damage(a good damage)in my abs, my glutes and my legs.  That sore feeling reminded me of WHY I am doing this.  It made me feel stronger and fitter.  In addition to the JM's Extreme Shed & Shred workout yesterday, I also did the Ab Ripper X from the P90X program.  It's good, but I find the first few moves really hurt my lower back.  It would not be my first choice of Ab workouts to go to again.  I just hadn't done it in a while and I loaned my Brazil Butt Lift program to a friend, so the Tummy Tuck was not here for the picking.  I also tried out my new 15 lb dumbbells later on in the day.  I did a few Dead-lifts and some Bicep Curls.  I have to raise my BUTT.  Check out Tosca Reno's blog for today, her coach Rita Catolino has posted a sneak peak at the glutes workout she has Tosca doing.  I think I will give it a try sometime before this FREE week is done.  Check it out under "My Blog List" titled..."Higher and Tighter Glorious Glutes!"

I don't know about you, but when I got sick in the past, I always felt like eating crappy foods or not eating at all.  Well I am staying on track as best I can.  I find that I am drawn to more of the "good" sweet foods in the house.  With making my own "clean" snacks, there is nothing here that will tempt me or make me stray too far off my journey's path.  If you SHOP clean, you will EAT clean.

I'm going to sign off early again tonight because I need to get some more rest, but I just wanted to show you the burger that I had the other day and then we had them again last night.  This time I had tomatoes to add some colour to it.  This was the Best Burger Ever from the cover of the Clean Eating magazine...

These burgers were great!

Also here are the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes that I cleaned up...

It looks like gravy on top of the pancake but it is actually a cream cheese icing made with Organic Coconut Palm Sugar instead of icing sugar.  The Palm Sugar is brown so that's why it looks like gravy.  It's actually quite nice.  These pancakes were rather expensive though because I used coconut oil for the cinnamon mixture and the icing, rather than using butter.

Thank you all for the get well wishes.  I do feel better.  I will get back to my regular blog posts when I am feeling 100%.  As I mentioned before, I am sore but in a good way.  It makes me look forward to next week even more.  I can really feel it all now, now that the day is coming to an end.    I am going to rest now and get some sleep so I can tackle another one of Jillian's workouts in the morning.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

My Week of Freedom Day 3 - Almost Wordless Wednesday

Day 3 of my free week turned out to be not so great. Yes I did get up early to workout, and that felt GREAT! But then things turned on me...
I have been a sneezing mess all day. It is now only 8:30 and I am going to bed again. I went straight to bed after dinner and just got up to get a drink and I'm back to bed for the night. So sorry, but there will be no talk or pictures of food today. Hopefully I can recap it all tomorrow. Many people have commented or messaged me in the past saying that I was "a machine", in regards to the way I workout and eat right. Well I am. But even machines have downtime. I will be back in top form in the morning. I WILL!

Until then...Stay Strong!

My Week of Freedom Day 2 - A Little Bit Off My Game

Day 2 of my FREE week.

Well I stayed in bed AGAIN this morning.  I think after my spin last night, I was too pumped and had trouble falling to sleep again.  So that made it much harder to get up this morning.  NO EXCUSES though, "I WILL get my workout done", I said to myself.  Maybe this week being my free week and all, I should just sleep in everyday.  NOOOO!!!!!!  I felt tired all day yesterday and again today.  I just don't feel myself if I don't workout in the morning.  So tomorrow I will force myself out of bed and get back to MY normal workout time.  Maybe it's just my body resting before next week...it's the calm before the storm.  Next week as you know, is the start of my second round of Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution.  This time around I will NOT be alone though.  My husband has decided to join me.  Great news for him because he is going to reap the benefits of this fantastic program...Bad news for me because I have to get up EXTRA early beginning on Tuesday, as Monday is a holiday.  We are going to start with the 7-Day Kickstart Your Metabolism program for the first week.  My husband will probably only have time to do one workout in the morning and then he will do the other in the evening(as it is meant to be done).  I, on the other hand may do both workouts in the morning as I have always done, and then maybe do the extra one along side my husband in the evening...for support.  And yes, it will be great news for me too, as I will also benefit again from this great program.  Looking forward to it.  Many have asked me "What's next?" Well you have your answer...Body Revolution...Second Round.

My workout for today was a beautiful walk tonight with my family and my son's friend.  He is having a sleepover tonight, so we are watching a movie instead of me on my bike.  That's okay, at least we got out for a nice walk.  The boys did a little mountain climbing too...

The mountains were piles of dirt in a construction area of a new subdivision near our neighbourhood.  They had a blast!  They got to a bigger pile and climbed quite high and then were in need of rescue..they looked down and realized just how high they had climbed.

This picture here was of them climbing up the higher "mountain".  I LOVE IT!  In our eyes...it's a huge pile of dirt.  When you are small...it is a MOUNTAIN.  It was actually pretty steep and they kept asking "How?" were they going to get down. LOL.  My son got up pretty high, and then panicked, so my husband had to go up and help him down.  I wasn't sure which one of them would fall down the hill first.  Luckily it was a safe return by all.

So Brave!

Meanwhile back on the ground...
Lil' M posing in a field of dirt.
This is definitely the outfit every girl should wear to go running through the dirt.
LOVE IT!

Today's food...
...was kind of crap.  Not crap like in a unhealthy food way, but rather "crap" in the way of not eating on my normal eating schedule.  I totally believe this is because I didn't start my day off the way I usually do.  Plus, I didn't really take many pictures.  So...in order for me to get my butt and these three little butts(the kids who are up WAY too late AGAIN)into bed, I will skip my food for today.  With exception to breakfast...

Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
I saw this recipe floating around facebook yesterday and decided to clean it up.  I used another pancake recipe of mine and just added the cinnamon mixture and the cream cheese topping.  Definitely too much sugar in the mixture even if it is cleaned up, it's still too sweet.  I haven't yet entered the my recipe into www.myfitnesspal.com recipe calorie calculator, so I just kind of guessed at the calories.  I entered in another pancake recipe.  I will calculate all this tomorrow and show pictures too.

Time is ticking on so I am going to wrap this up so that I can get to bed.  We all have down days and maybe this was one of mine.  I did Stay Strong with my food choices and I did get out for a great walk tonight, but I was just feeling off all day because I didn't start my day off as I normally do.  Tomorrow is a new day and another chance.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

A Week of Freedom Day 1 - Spin Bike Setup

Today was the first day of my FREE week.  A free week to do any type of workout that I want to do.  It will be made up of spinning, weights, yoga and maybe some dance workouts.

Today's food...
Breakfast: Butter Finger Smoothie

This is what happens when you sleep in on a dreary Monday morning, after your children were up until, well I'm not quite sure.  I went to bed at 11:30pm last night and both my children were still awake.  So I really don't know what time they fell asleep.  My daughter was having a sleep over on the floor of my son's room again.  Next week this can NOT happen, school starts on Tuesday.  Tonight bedtime prep will begin at 7:00pm, let's hope they are sleeping by 9:00pm.
When I finally got into bed, I couldn't sleep either.  So this morning when my alarm rang out, I realized I had the bed to myself and decided to sleep in today.  My workout plan was to spin today, and I wanted to video part of it, so I my decision for extra sleep was justified.
But by sleeping in, it caused me to feel sluggish and rushed all at the same time. I needed to get all the garbage to the curb before the daycare kids started showing up. Task accomplished. I still needed my breakfast. Too late...the kids started to arrive. So I waited until all but one showed up...
my rock stars...still sleeping...(they got up at 10am)

...then I quickly made myself a shake. The kids like dancing crazy to the sound of the blender, all was good.

Lunch: Pesto Grilled Cheese Panini with Chicken served with Sweet Potato Fries and Carrots

Snack: Phat's Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar/Betterbee Honey Candy

Ahhhh...Chocolate!!!!
This is a recipe that I am working on.  They are good, but a bit dry.

Dinner: The Best Burger Ever

Mine weren't as colourful as the magazine cover as I forgot to buy tomatoes and sprouts.  There are more burgers left and I bought some tomatoes tonight, so I will probably have another one tomorrow.  This burger is VERY good.  My husband added a bit of ketchup to his, to represent the tomato, he said it was even better.

So since I did not get my workout in this morning, I did spin tonight and I did video myself doing one song...BUT...you don't get to see that one as it didn't turn out very well.  So I will try again tomorrow.  BUT...you do get to see my Vlog of the bike setup and riding positions.  Just remember all spinning bikes are different so be sure to ask the instructor of the class for more help if you need it.  Don't be shy.  If you set your bike up the wrong way, you may not have a very good ride and it might turn you off from spinning.  And that is NOT an option...LOL.  I think once you get past your first three rides you will be hooked(IF it takes that long).  So here I am again...this time, forgive me though...I'm all sweaty because I taped it after my workout...

I had to put a sheet up behind the bike so that you could actually see it.  It would have been lost in the mess of the shelves behind.

So sign up for a spin class today, you will LOVE it!

More spinning and some weight training tomorrow.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

Brazil Butt Lift Day 35 of 35

Day 35 = Rest Day + Last Day of Brazil Butt Lift

In the Brazil Butt Lift program booklet it says I should treat myself to a massage on this day.  That didn't happen.  What did happen though, was...I treated myself to new weights...15lb dumbbells x 2.  So at the end of Brazil Butt Lift, I gained 30 lbs, but in a good way.  These new weights are for my second round of Body Revolution starting a week from tomorrow, September 3rd.  I was going to get two 20lb dumbbells, but I decided to build my way up to those. I was able to curl 25lbs 3 times in the store.  I probably looked like I was showing off, but you have to try before you buy...RIGHT?!?! (BTW, I wasn't showing off, I was showing MYself just what I can do)  I tried the 15's out tonight by doing a few Dead Lifts and some Bicep Curls.

A wrap up of the Brazil Butt Lift - It is a very fun and at the same time, tough workout.  Fun because of the music and the dancing and the way it makes you feel.  The moves make you feel sexy no matter what stage of your journey you are at.  Feel the music and feel what your body can do.  Next time you hit the dance floor, you will have an extra wiggle in your dance moves.  And yes, some of us may still have an extra jiggle, but if we keep working hard, there will be NO jiggle when we wiggle.

The tough part of this program comes in the High & Tight, Tummy Tuck, Sculpt and the Bum Bum workouts.  Tough because if you push yourself to the next level, any workout will be tough.  It's called a challenge, and that is what we need, to get the results we are looking for.  If a workout is too easy, you will not benefit much from it, so push the UP button.  However, if you are not feeling the greatest, sometimes an easier workout is better than nothing at all.  With all 4 of these workouts, I could always feel the "soreness" in my body the following day, and THAT felt great.  Now in regards to weight loss during this program...for ME...there was much...BUT that's ME.  Others may have great results in the weight loss department.  I am going to try this one again in the winter months and I'm sure I will have different results.  I have already told you that the summer months are much harder for me to see a lower number on the scale.  Speaking of the scale...it is something that you should not depend on to show you your results.  Rely on the way you feel, the way your clothes are fitting, the compliments that others are giving you, "By the way, YOU do look great!", the farther distance you were able to run today, the number of pounds you are able to curl now.  There are SO many other ways in which you can measure your progress, so put the scale away.  A friend on www.MyFitnessPal.com had her husband hide the scale so that she would not keep using it.  Great idea!  Some times it can be a very motivating tool and other times it can make you want to give up.  Giving up is not an option!  So if you are one to hop on the scale daily...STOP...put it away, do it on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis if you really need to know.  The only scale you should be using in your house, is your kitchen food scale.  For FOOD!  The best way to see progress is by taking pictures.  I never used to like getting, taking or even looking at pictures of myself.  Now that's a different story.  I NEED to see those pictures to make sure I am staying on my journey's path.  Now sharing those pictures of myself is ANOTHER different story.  I will try and get some more pictures up this week.  You don't have to share your pictures with anyone if you don't want to.  Keep them for yourself as a reminder of just how far you have come.  See where you started your journey with your "Before" pictures and look at the road in which your journey has taken you with progress pictures. Once you have reached your BIG goal of A Healthier Version of YOU, take another picture and be PROUD of what YOU have accomplished.  Don't compare your results with anyone else because everyone is different.  It's okay to have an image in your mind of what you want your body to look like, but because we are all different, don't get down on yourself if you don't look exactly like the girl or guy next door.  You are YOU, and you are beautiful.  Your hard work will pay off and the girl or guy next door will be wanting legs like YOURS.  You will then become an inspiration to them.  Go for it!

Today's food...
Breakfast: Ricotta and Fruit & Fiber Cereal

Snack: Coconut & Fig Granola Bar

I made some Guacamole and some Baked Garlic Pita chips this morning.

Just in time to enjoy some for lunch.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken with Guacamole and Baked Garlic Pita Chips

With some leftover Grilled Chicken, it made for a nice lunch.

Snack: Guacamole and Baked Garlic Pita Chips
I couldn't help myself to have some more for a late afternoon snack after grocery shopping.

Before dinner tonight I began to make the "Best Burger Ever" from the August/September issue of the Clean Eating magazine.  You can't miss it, it is the BIG burger on the front cover.  I mixed them up and put them in the fridge until tomorrow.  I will have pictures of this in tomorrow's post.

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad
A light way to end my day.

After dinner, I made up some Walnut & Basil Pesto.  I bought this huge bunch of Basil from the store yesterday and I knew just what I was going to do with it.  I picked up some more walnuts today and I whipped up this taste pesto.  I will definitely be having some of this from lunch tomorrow.
I would like to Thank all my readers/followers/friends of my blog, A Healthier Version of ME and YOU.  As of this morning, my blog has reached over 60,000 page views...Thank you!  You ROCK!  The contest through my Facebook page will happen soon...only 22 more LIKEs and then I will pick the contest winner. All you have to do the be a part of the contest, is go to my page http://www.facebook.com/AHealthierVersionofMeAndYou
and LIKE it.  Soon I will be sharing more recipes on the page, as well as here on my blog.  The summer has been busy and I haven't posted very many recipes...my apologies.  With the fall coming up, you can be sure to find a Pumpkin Pie recipe as well as some ghoulish ideas for Halloween.  I am the Queen of Halloween you know.

I'm back on my bike tomorrow for some cardio.  I may even tape my spinning Vlog tomorrow.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Brazil Butt Lift Day 34 of 35

Day 34 = Bum Bum + Sculpt

Today's workout was AWESOME!  I burned a total of 568 calories from the Bum Bum and the Sculpt workouts combined.  I have aced the Capoeira move today, on my final day of the Brazil Butt Lift.  That's not 100% true...I actually aced it the last time I did the Bum Bum workout.  Sculpt's Mermaid...I still need to practice if I want to be like The Little Mermaid, Ariel.>>>This is where I start singing the songs from the movie, and no, there will be NO Vlog of that! LOL  I want to keep my readers/followers/friends and gain more, not scare them away.  Saying that though, when I do the Spinning Vlog, you might catch me belting out a few lines.  So I will start asking for your forgiveness now.

Look what I got from my husband today.  When we were in Toronto on holiday, I was looking at a new Kleen Kanteen that would fit into my 6Pack Fitness Bag, but I didn't buy it.  Now I don't have to because this is what I got today...
LOVE YOU MATE!  And it fits perfectly in the cooler bag.  I LOVE IT!
This is the 16oz Kleen Kanteen hot/cold flask.  AWESOME!!!

Getting back to the Brazil Butt Lift...I really liked this program.  When I first started it I felt like a bit of a clutz when trying to do the dance moves, but by the end I managed to get through it just fine.  My favourite workout out of all the different workouts in the program would have to be the High & Tight...AKA "My A$$ is SCREAMING".  The moves were great and I could really feel it targeting my problem areas, helping to build and tone the mucles in my "Booty", those new and improved muscles will help burn the rest of the fat off of that area.  The only thing that bothered me about High & Tight was the way the "Booty Band" looked on the girls in the DVD and how mine did not look like that.  Theirs were ALWAYS nice and straight and flat, never rolled AT ALL.  Mine on the other hand, would start out fairly flat and then it would roll and stick and kind of annoy me.  Not that it really mattered because I still got a great workout with it.  Yesterday when I did the High & Tight workout, I was going to take a picture of the band and I forgot.  So today I pulled it out before I started Bum Bum, and had a near death experience.  That's right!

I worked my "Booty Band" so hard, that it is almost at its death...

Oops!
I will have to get myself another band for next time.  I do have one that I tried using yesterday but it is of a higher resistance than the one that comes with the Brazil Butt Lift program package.  I could barely get my feet past a shoulder width stance.

Today's food...
Breakfast: Graspberry Jelly & Ricotta Crepe
This was the last of the Jelly for this week.  I may make some more, but this time I will use seedless grapes.

I topped it with some fresh raspberries and a little maple syrup(just a bit).

Snack: Coconut & Fig Granola Bar

I just ate half of it.

Lunch: Edamame Bean & Spiced Grapefruit and Chicken Salad
Cleaning up leftovers again...

Snack: Green Grapes

These grapes were shared by my kids and me.  I'm so glad that they like their fruits and vegetables.  If they see you eating well, then will follow your lead.

Dinner: Cashew and Grilled Chicken Salad

So Good!

Snack: Smart Food Popcorn

So with today being Sexy Saturday, I hope you all feel sexy about how you look and feel inside.  With all the hard work you have been doing, it's impossible for you to feel any other way.  Be Proud.  Be Sexy.  Be YOU.

Tomorrow is my Rest Day.  Planning day for what is to come next week.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

Brazil Butt Lift Day 33 of 35

Day 33 = Cardio Axe + High & Tight + Tummy Tuck

Great workout this morning.  The workouts on the BBL Calendar that I have been following only scheduled the Cardio Axe and High & Tight for today, but I added in the Tummy Tuck in order to push the UP button.  I didn't have time this morning to fit the Tummy Tuck in, so I did it tonight after dinner.  If you don't have the time...you have to make the time.  Get your workouts in.  Even if it's not the workout that you planned, get something done, even if it's a brisk walk, climb some stairs, do some squats while your waiting for your dinner to cook.  One time when I was doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred, I put a pot of water on the stove to boil to make some rice and I started to do my workout.  Once the water boiled, I threw in the measured rice, set the timer and completed the rest of workout in the time it took for the rice to cook.  Make the time.  Be Creative.  Do it for yourself!  Because YOU are WORTH every minute.

GET. IT. DONE. ~ Phatsoslim

Today's food...
Breakfast: Vanilla Blueberry Protein Pancakes
I finished off the pancakes that I made up on Monday.  YUM YUM!

Lunch: Beef & Barley Soup with a Shark Attack
This was another find in the freezer that I made a while ago and need to use up.  These meals are the best because the prep is minimal.  Just thaw, heat and eat!

I was attacked by sharks today too.
Just wanted to add a little fun to the soup.

Snack: Coconut & Fig Granola Bar

A little afternoon energy snack.

Dinner: Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad
Besides being Fabulously Fit Friday...it's also Subway night in our home.  Tonight I decided to join my family in ordering from Subway.  My favourite is the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad.

Snack: Poppers with Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Since yesterday was Thirsty Thursday and I showed you all the amount of water that I drink.  Some concerns have come about in regards to water intake.  A family member sent me a couple links to articles regarding concerns of drinking too much water.  I would like to share them with you too.  Thanks Melissa.  As I said in my blog, drinking the larger amounts of water depend on your size, goals, temperature and some other factors, like knowing your what else you are putting in your body in the way of healthy foods.  Water can flush the body of important nutrients, so make sure you replenish those as well.  Water is the only drink I drink.  I am not a coffee or tea drinker, and I have given up drinking Diet Pepsi as of the beginning of this year.  I have had the odd smoothie throughout the summer and the protein shakes that I make for myself as a meal or snack.  Here are the links...

http://drbenkim.com/drink-too-much-water-dangerous.html

  • Don't let these articles scare you away from drinking plenty of water.  Just know your body and what your body needs.

Here is a natural electrolyte drink recipe that you can use to help replenish the things your body needs...
    http://familynaturally.wordpress.com/2012/03/10/lemon-honey-electrolyte-drink/

Tomorrow is my last day of the Brazil Butt Lift Workout program calendar.  I will be doing the Bum Bum + Sculpt Workouts to finish it off.

    Until then...Stay Strong!

    Good night
