Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge

As mentioned in my last post, I have started a new challenge.  Since I workout at home all the time, unless I'm out running, I like to find challenging workouts that are easily done from home.

I came across this 30 Day Challenge that was posted on YouTube during the month of January.  I wasn't ready to start the challenge then, so I subscribe to the channel and decided I would start it when I was ready.  Well this past Saturday I was ready, and I began.  The great thing about this workout challenge is that each session is ONLY 12 minutes long.  Who can't fit in 12 minutes into their day.

Below is the challenge...Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge Day 1

I have done Day 2 & 3 so far.  Today was to be Day 4, but after feeling really rough with this cold I have, I took today off and will resume tomorrow.  Day 5 is REST DAY, but I will switch it up.  I am feeling much better and with another good sleep tonight I will ROCK Day 4 on Day 5.

Now there is some equipment that Melissa and Rita use in these workouts and it can be purchased from the online store, but I have been improvising with what I have at home.  If I can't actually do the same thing that they are doing, I will do something else just to keep moving.  I don't have the extra money kicking around at this time to purchase the same equipment they use, so I will do what I can, with what I have.  They also have a Nutrition Guide that can be purchased as well.

I am combining this 30 Day Challenge with some spinning here at home and I feel great, I could do without this cold but as I said, I should be much better tomorrow.

Be sure to check out this workout.

I have been fueling my body with my ENERGYbits and they are keeping me going.  I have lost my appetite these past few days while feeling ill, so my #bits are keeping me going.  I am really in need of some RECOVERYbits.  They would kick this cold to the curb.

The RECOVERYbits are 100% Chlorella algae with over 60% protein and over 40 nutrients with only 1 calorie per tab.  It's a great way to help build your immune system and detox your body, plus all the other great things that these little tabs can do for you.  Check out the website for more information, www.energybits.com or send me an email to phatsoslim.staystrong@gmail.com and I will send you some information.

If you want to fuel your runs, or your spins or any other type of workout, or you just need some extra energy then you must try ENERGYbits.  They are organically grown, sugar free, caffeine free and chemical free.  A great product that your body deserves.

If you are going to check out at the site, make sure to use the promo code PHATSOSLIM for a great discount.

There are two things I would like you to check out...

1. The Catching Fire 30 Day Challenge
2. ENERGYbits

Now I wish you a good night as I am going to bed now.  Early to bed, early to rise to workout.

Good night

Believe...Week 3 of the Move Nourish Believe Challenge

This week was all about Believing.

I Believe.  I believe in myself.  I believe I am worth it.  I believe in love.

Day 1 - Spoil Yourself

When I think of spoiling yourself or pampering, my mind shoots right to the spa.  But on Monday of this past week I could not go to the spa because it was Family Day here in Ontario, Canada, so I was pampered by having the day off of work and enjoyed the day with my family.

We took the kids ice skating where my son was practicing his speed skating skills.  After watching some of the winter Olympic games he decided he would like to be a speed skater.  But as the week went on, he and some of the daycare children wanted to do Skeleton.  Eeek!  That could be nerve racking.  I was also spoiled by getting to snuggle with my son while watching movies and laughing together.

I do have a spa gift card for a Thai Treatment from Gina's Spa here in Waterloo, ON and I am looking forward to using this.  I have had this treatment twice before and it is LOVELY.

Day 2 - 5 Mindful Minutes

This day was about finding or taking the some time for yourself.  At least 5 minutes, and I found it.

Once my family was fast asleep, I went down to our living room and lit a few candles and sat by the fire and RELAXED.  Something I don't seem to do enough of.  Well except for these past 16 days while the Olympics have been on, I did spend a lot more time watching TV than I normally do.  I just love watching the Olympics though, they are very inspiring.

A quiet 5 minutes turned into a beautiful 15 minutes.
I am always go, go, go and I need to take more time like this for myself.
Because in the end, it helps everyone.

Day 3 - Be Happy

This day was a day to be happy.  Not just this day, but everyday.  I was looking through some pictures and I came across a picture of my back garden from last spring...that made me happy.

So beautiful.
Yes right now it looks like the bottom picture, but soon it will return to a beautiful green colour, mixed with hints of other colours from the spring flowers.

I have heard and seen so many people complain about the snow or how long the winter is...well I'm loving it!  That is why I love living in Canada.  Here we have 4 distinct seasons...Winter, spring, summer and fall.  Each one with their own colours and beauty.

Something else that made me happy on this day was when I went down to the post box and my ENERGYbits order arrived.  AWESOME!!!!

This picture also contains more of the Olympics, that makes me happy.
Canadian girls winning the GOLD in Bobsled.
Plus it also shows my little girl and I on own spin bikes.  My daughter was not feeling well the last week, so on this day I kept her home from school and by the afternoon, she was up for a spin.  Her bike is just a plastic toy stationary bike, but at least she wants to participate and that makes me very happy.  I am happy that I am setting a good example for her and my son.  Soon my son should be able to ride the other spin bike I have here.  It will be great to build his leg muscles for speed skating.  My future Olympians.
A Mum can dream.

Day 4 - Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for many things, but most of all I am thankful for my husband and together we have our two wonderful children.  The three of them are very supportive of me and my health and fitness goals.  Last week was a tough week because my daughter wasn't feeling well, some of the daycare children were out sick with a cold and I too was still suffering with cold symptoms.  As I write this to you now, I am sneezing and blowing my nose...blah.  I know that it's from not getting enough sleep last night(I will explain this in a bit).

My husband and I...well sort of.
This was the cake topper on our Halloween Wedding cake.
And beside us are our lovely offspring.
Yes they drive me crazy some days, but I like crazy.

On this day, I was also thankful that the Canadian Women's Curling team and Hockey team, both won GOLD at the Olympics.

Canadian girls ROCK!!!!

Day 5- Share the Love

This day was all about sharing the love.  Well I got to do this unexpectedly, as my kids had a snow day from school.  All the school buses were cancelled due to freezing rain.  It was also the day that the Men's Hockey semi-final game was playing...Canada vs USA.

Over the course of the last 16 days I have been watching and then sharing results and pictures from the Winter Games through social media.  As I was sharing my love of the games, I received some love in return.  AWESOME!

The love was being shared right across Canada with the Men's hockey team winning the semi-final game and moving forward to the GOLD medal game.  Plus, the Men's curling team won the GOLD on this day too.  Way to go Team Canada!!!

So this past week was all about Believing and I truly believe in this wonderful country that I live in.  I am a proud Canadian.

This brings me to why I am not feeling so well today.  I went to bed too late last night and this morning, Sunday morning, was a morning that I was getting up to an alarm.  WHY???  Well I'm sure you know why already.  Me and the rest of Canada were all watching the GOLD medal hockey game between Canada and Sweden.  I have no problem with waking up early, but I didn't get a very good sleep because I thought I would sleep through my alarm.  I know that it's silly, but this was for the GOLD.  It was worth it, because as you probably already know, we won!!!!  So proud!

This picture below is fantastic...
The top picture shows our Canadian boys just after the all received their medals.
The bottom picture is our Canadian boys coming together shoulder to shoulder for the Canadian National anthem.
LOVE IT!

I know that Sunday is the start of a new week, but with this being the wrap up of my week 3 in the Move Nourish Believe Challenge...I do BELIEVE in our Canadian athletes.

I enjoyed participating in the MNB Challenge these past three weeks.  Another challenge that I began yesterday is a 30 Day Challenge which I will talk about tomorrow.  I need to get to bed now and rest.

Good night and Stay Strong!

Nourish the Body Week 2 of the Move Nourish Believe Challenge

This week was all about nourishing the body during the MNB Challenge.  This is the recap of the week with Fit Approach and Lorna Jane Active.

This past week started with Meatless Monday...

All my meals today were without meat...

Breakfast: Egg White and Spinach Omelet served with Salsa
Snack: My Favourite...Raspberries with Cottage Cheese
Lunch: Thawed from the freezer...Roasted Garlic and Butternut Squash Soup

Dinner: Filet of Sole served with Green Peas and a Garden Salad

One day a week is fine without meat, but I don't think I could give up chicken and the odd steak every now and again.

One thing that I have brought into my healthy eating are ENERGYbits, 100% Spirulina Algae.  They pack a punch with 64% protein and 40 nutrients.  So great for the body and mind.

This was breakfast on another day last week.  I added the ENERGYbits to my Quinoa Parfait.

Day #2 Take your lunch to work

Well since I work from home it's nice that I can make myself a hot and healthy lunch with the supplies I have on hand.  One of my favourites that I like to make is Chicken and Broccoli...

See I told you that I like chicken.

Day #3 Write it Down

For the past almost 3 years I have been using www.MyFitnessPal.com to keep track of what I have   been fueling my body with.  There are some days that I have skipped or just forgot to logged my food in, but overall I think I have been pretty dedicated to it.  Of course with the exception to the last quarter of 2013.  That is probably when I should have been more focused, but I lost it.  That old saying "you are what you eat" is SO true.  I ate some crap and therefore, I felt like crap.  Now that I am back on track with clean eating, I am feeling much better.

Feeling much better with the food that I am eating, but this past week I have been battling a cold so eating ENOUGH calories was tough as I didn't really have much of an appetite.  My workouts consisted mostly of shoveling snow and not much else.  But I am happy to report that I had a nice spin yesterday and another one this morning while watching more of the Olympics on TV at the same time.

Day #4 Thirsty Thursday Smoothie

My smoothie today was made up from frozen cottage cheese, strawberries and honey.  I named it a Strawberries Cheesecake Smoothie.

Yummy!

Day #5 Go RAW dessert

This is as RAW as I get...

Delicious Reds for Valentine's Day!

I love raspberries and pomegranate and the added blackberries are a bonus.  A healthy snack for any Valentine.  Well unless you are allergic to berries.  No chocolates for Valentine's this year.

Eat good food, feel great!  Nourish your body because it deserves it.

My weekend spins were powered by bits ENERGYbits...

A great ride on Saturday morning.

An even better one today...
Give it YOUR 100%

Moving into week #3 of the challenge...It's time to BELIEVE

Believe in YOU.

Stay Strong!

Get More Energy...Naturally

I have become aware of this company and their great product and wanted to pass along the information to you.  And earlier this evening I became a Brand Ambassador for them so that I can keep giving you more information in regards to all their products.

I have been in great need of more energy lately, well not just lately, but rather for awhile now.  These past few days I have battling a bit of a cold and feeling really crappy.  This morning though when I picked up the mail from the post box, I received a parcel containing just what I needed.  I got my ENERGYbits!

What are ENERGYbits?

ENERGYbits are 100% pure, organically grown, certified NON GMO algae.  They are sugar free, caffeine free, gluten free and contain NO additives, animal products, chemicals or fillers of any kind.

I am one for not wanting to take pills of any kind, even when I am sick, so the best thing about ENERGYbits is that they are NOT pills.  They are bits of GREEN food.  100% pure spirulina algae that has 64% protein, 40 nutrients, and GLA(Omega 3), and they are only 1 calorie per tab.

I wish I would have had ENERGYbits while I was training for my half marathon last year.  Before my long runs I would usually have an energy shot(chocolate of course), but they were basically full of sugar, something that I did not want really.  But they did help me make it through my training and my very first half marathon.  Now with ENERGYbits I can fuel my body with something that is
all natural and really good for my body.

With this year's goal to get rid of all sugar in my home, ENERGYbits will definitely help me do that.  I will be using ENERGYbits during training for my first FULL marathon.  EEK!!!  I have yet to decide on this, the race I mean.  The bits will be part of my life regardless.

So I mentioned at the beginning of this post about having a cold and feeling crappy.  ENERGYbits also offer the RECOVERYbits which will help prevent colds, recover quicker, build immune system plus many other great things.  Check them out.  I have been pretty lucky in the way of getting colds.  Since I began running my home daycare 3 years ago, and have two children of my own, I have really only had about 5 colds throughout that time period.  With RECOVERYbits, I can keep the numbers down low or better yet, non existent.

Last year I gave up on making protein shakes with protein powders because the powders had so many ingredients that I did not know what they were, and some, I could not even pronounce(that can't be good for me).  I like using and eating REAL food.  And ENERGYbits are REAL food just compacted into tabs for easy transportation that really pack a punch.  Great for hiking, running, cycling, and really for any activity that you chose to do.  You can pack your travel tin and stick in your pocket or bag, for the times when you are on the go and extra energy will be needed.
There is no need for a blender or mixer cup, just grab your tin and go.  A handful of about 30 tabs whenever and wherever you need that energy is all you need.

Go check out www.engergybits.com for more information about this great natural energy giver.

Please use the coupon code PHATSOSLIM to save 15% on your order.

It's been all about the Olympics since last Friday.  While my spin on Saturday morning while watching the games was great...

Canada winning GOLD and SILVER was pretty awesome too!

The Dufour-Lapointe sisters from Canada won took the top two spots in Women's Moguls.

After my post spin shower, I sat down in my orange chair up in our loft/attic and continued to watch the Olympics.  LOL.  We had friends coming over that evening so I had to get up and start cleaning.  We had a great visit, but they left, I took a seat in the my chair, which my husband has now named, "The Sochi Chair", and stayed up late to watched the games.

I ended up falling asleep in the Sochi Chair that night...

I think this late night with broken sleep(I woke up at 4:30am and watched some more and then drifted back to sleep) is why I have a cold now.

Canada is on quite the roll at the 2014 Olympic Games...

And there are more to come...

Like this future Olympian here...

LOL

Until then...Stay Strong! and Swallow your ENERGYbits.  You can chew them if you want, but it's better to swallow them.  Remember to use the coupon code PHATSOSLIM on your order.

Good night

Go on, get your Chog on!
Going out to shovel more snow.

Here is my daughter and I...

It's My Party and I'll Cry If I Want To

I almost forgot to recap my daughter's 6th birthday.

She had a great day at school and she was buzzing with excitement and with that sometimes comes with excitement OVERLOAD.  And in the end the OVERLOAD = a crash and burn.

After school we had setup to play a game with the daycare children and she got upset because they weren't following the rules she set up.  I tried to explain to her how the game should be played, but she got upset and ran to her room.   We were playing this game while we waited for my husband to come home from work so that presents could be opened and cake could be eaten.  But I think the anticipation of it all got to her.  She came back down to join the rest of us and seemed to be okay after a few minutes.
Once my husband got home it was time for gifts.  First we sang happy birthday and lit the candles on the cake for her to make a wish and blow them out.  A rather grumpy little one with the whole cake thing...

I was hoping that she would see the cake and then when opening the Katy Perry tickets she would be super excited.  The earlier meltdown ruined the mood.

Here she is opening the envelope that contained the tickets...
Not the reaction I was hoping for, but a couple pieces of paper mean nothing to a newly 6 year old.

But Grandma saved the day with her gift...
A new Lalaloopsy doll.
Big smiles all around.

She just gets a little shy when all the attention is put to her and with people waiting for her reaction.  She did the same thing when she turned 3 years old and I had made her a Snow White dress(something that she wanted), she was a major grump that day.  But once everyone had gone, she finally tried the dress on and loved it.  Same goes for the tickets, she is pretty excited about going to see Katy Perry and I know she doesn't realizes just what it is all about just yet.  She will soon enough.

We went out for dinner that night and there was yet another candle to blow out...

It was her party, so she could cry if she wanted too...I guess.

She had a good day even with some grumpiness and tears.

I love her to bits!

Move Nourish Believe Challenge Recap

Along with my Just Plank It! Challenge, I have started a new challenge called the Move Nourish Believe Challenge brought to you by Lorna Jane and Fit Approach.

How it works is...each day a new challenge is presented and you must rise to the top to complete it.  Post your pictures on Instagram, Twitter and if you want to shout it out to the world in any other way go for it(the last part was my idea).  It all helps to get one to move and try new things and of course to keep you motivated to reach your health and fitness goals.

So the first challenge, Day #1 was to show off how YOU like to sweat.  This is my favourite way to sweat...

Me and my spin bike.

Today I actually rode my bike while watching the Olympic Games on TV.  I had my music playing while the TV sound was muted and sweat my butt off.

I witnessed Canada's Mark McMorris receive his Bronze medal.
Canada's first medal of the games.

After my spin I watched Canada win a Gold and a Silver medal in the Women's Moguls.  Justine Dufour-Lapointe won Gold, and her sister Chloe Dufour-Lapointe won Silver.

Way to go ladies!!!

Okay so back to my challenge...

Day #2 challenge...

Today I did some Yoga for my challenge.  Here is not the most flattering selfie, but it's me in Camel Pose...

The Yoga felt great that day.  I must get back into doing it more often.  This challenge was to get you to do/try something new or something that you don't do that often.  It's great to challenge yourself with different ways to exercise.  My shoulders were feeling it the next day.

Day #3 Challenge...

5 Minute Plank

Now it could be split up during the day or you could do 5 minutes all together.  Because I am also doing my own Just Plank It! Challenge, I chose to split the 5 minutes up.

During my last plank, our cat Sok was curious as to what I was doing.
She came over to get in the picture.
Wow looking at this picture of me, it looks like I am wearing a ton of black eye liner.  The only thing is, I don't wear makeup, well with the exception of lipstick and when my daughter puts eye shadow on me(which isn't that often).

For all of you that are taking part in my Just Plank It! Challenge, we are almost to the finish.  Next Friday, Valentine's Day is the day we bust out all that we can.  Keep on keepin' on with the 20 second planks a day until that final day and then give it all you got.
Just Plank It!

Day # 4 Challenge...

Grab a partner to workout with.

I was going to try and get my husband to spin with me, but instead we went for a winter's hike on this day.

It was a beautiful evening.
Enjoy the beautiful winter weather.
Yes we are getting a lot of snow, but hey, it's WINTER!
AND we live in CANADA.

Day #5 Challenge...

Show your favourites...

1. Quinoa  2. My Spin Bike  3. Running  4. Palmer's Firming Butter
5. Inspirational Quotes to keep me going

I love quinoa!  For breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, for savoury, for sweet.  It's great for all!

Same goes for my spin bike.  I love spinning and I can feel my spinning legs coming back to me.

I do love running, but the winter has put my running on a temporary hold.  So while that is on hold, my spin bike is getting extra time.

Palmer's Firming Butter help keeps things tight.  It's also great for using through the winter months just to keep dry skin at bay.  Especially with all the snow shoveling that I have been doing each day out in the cold.  It has been a real help with keeping my skin from cracking from the cold.  Love it!

Inspirational quotes keep me positive when times get tough.

Day #6
This week's recap, which is all of the above.  In addition to all of the day's challenges, my extra workouts involved a shovel and lots of snow almost everyday this past week.

I'm looking forward to week 2 coming up.

Now that I'm moving(not that I wasn't before), it's time to nourish the body.

Tomorrow I will do a recap of my daughter's birthday.  Her reaction to the Katy Perry concert tickets.  It wasn't the reaction I was expecting.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

A Very Special Day...Olympic Spirit

Today is a wonderful day!  Today is my little girl's 6th Birthday.  Plus, it is the opening day of the 22nd Olympic Winter Games.

There is the birthday girl.
I love her!

Last night it was very easy to put my daughter to bed as she knew when she woke up the next morning it would be her birthday.  She has been on the count down path for the last two weeks.  So today, her special day has finally arrived.  Since she wanted to wait to open her gifts until tonight, she still does not know that she is getting a ticket to go see Katy Perry.  She is going to freak out!  I had no troubles getting her up and ready for school today either.  She was excited that they would say her name in the announcements at school today.

I love what get children excited.

But that's not just for little children, I remember when I competed in a race before I had my children and when I heard my name being called as I crossed the finish line, that too was very exciting and emotional.  That same sentiment will occur over the next 14 days or so during the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi for the athletes competing.  And not only for the athletes but for your home country as well.  As I am Canadian, I always feel a sense of pride whenever one of our own fellow Canadians is taking the world stage in the sport that they have trained and worked hard for, to show us their best.  It's so inspiring and emotional.    As you know how emotional I can get at times, this time is no exception.  Yesterday I was watching the qualifying rounds of a few different events and I got weepy when some of the athletes wiped out while skiing, snowboarding and skating, no matter which country they came from.  Now that I am a mother, it seems to hit home more, thinking that could one day be my child.  It's too late for me to be hitting the snowboarding slopes.  I sat here thinking how cool would that be to be flying through the air doing flips and jumps, and most importantly...landing without breaking any body parts.  I salute all those who do that.  My daughter and I were watching some of the pairs figure skating, and she asked, "how do they do that?"...that...meaning the female skater flying through the air and landing on her feet.  I told her they "practice, practice, practice".  To be good at anything, you should practice, practice, practice.  Now she just needs to learn to skate.  They all start somewhere.  And the important thing is...they start.  Whether my daughter wants to learn to skate or not, I will support her, and my son in anything they choose to do.

I am going to cut this post short, as I will try and get a second post done later.  The post gift opening post.  Before I go here is the silly cake I made for her.

It's supposed to be the stage for Katy Perry's Prism Tour...Lalaloopsy style.

It's definitely NOT the nicest looking cake, but I rushed it, and I didn't want to used black food colouring for the stage which is most of the cake, so I just used white and added blue sparkles.

As the Olympic torch has just been lit...Let the games begin!

And with the games on, so are the savings.  Head over to www.hed-chog.com and save 30% on your order with the coupon code of GOFORGOLD30.  This code will be in effect while the 2014 Olympic Winter Games are on.  Go on, get your Chog on!

Enjoy the day!

STRONG Is The New Skinny...I Thought???

Over the past few months I have taken part in watching the show The Biggest Loser, and last night was the finale of the show.

I was really impressed with all the people that did NOT make it to the final three.  They all looked healthy and happy.  Tumi looked fantastic!  I am SO glad she took home the "At Home Prize" of $100,000.  She looked happy, healthy and fit.

This brings me to the final three.  While I am proud of their journeys, and I know the struggles that go along with them, but I was not happy to see them looking like they had starved themselves.  Bobby looked the least starved out of the three of them, but he didn't look as healthy as the other contestants that were not in the final three.  Rachel took the grand prize and the title of the "Biggest Loser" weighing in at 105lbs...not healthy at all for her height.  I am not a hater of those that lose weight, I encourage it all the way...to be healthy.  Do it safe, slow and steady and you will get the results you want, deserve and worked hard for.  Like Jillian says in one of her Body Revolution workouts, "There is no secret pill, there is no secret diet".  And for god sakes, don't go starving yourself to be crowned the biggest loser.  You will not be considered a role model.  The only one that will be losing is YOU.  You will lose yourself in yet another kind of unhealthy lifestyle.  In my eyes and from the tweets on Twitter last night, in the eyes of many others, Rachel has gone from the unhealthy Obese lifestyle, to the unhealthy UNDER weight lifestyle.  I do hope the trainers and the nutritionist will help her put some weight back on and return to a healthy weight that is good for her age and height.  And get her back in that pool to return to top swimmer form.  Start lifting girl!

I know how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off, but with the added pressure of being on a show like that, I'm sure it can push people to and over the limit, but let's hope the three finalist all get some "after" show help to make sure they are in a healthy weight range.  I wish them all the best.

I posted on my Facebook page that Rachel should eat a piece of this very healthy, very delicious Chocolate Cake...

I will post the recipe for this delicious cake on the "Cook With Me Page".
If you make it, let me know what you think.

With all the tweets and comments I saw on Twitter and Facebook last night and this morning, which I am sure Rachel will become aware of, I hope she realizes that they are not in hate or jealously of her, but rather for the concern of her health and well being.

Sometimes people get so caught up in the numbers on the scale that they forget to look in the mirror, please make sure you stay within your "healthy" weight category on the BMI charts.  Don't "diet", don't starve yourself, don't take silly pills that promise you will lose crazy amounts of weight in a day, week or month...let me tell you something...THEY DON'T WORK.  If you read the fine print, they all state something like this, "taken while eating healthy and exercising you will see results".  Yeah, you may lose some weight but you are also going to lose money from your wallet at the same time.  If you believe in yourself, you can lose the weight by eating healthy and exercising.  There is no easy way out, SO STOP LOOKING FOR IT!  Spend your money on the new clothes that you are going to fit into.  Or my favourite is always the Spa, pamper those feet that you have been using to train for your first 5K or your first half marathon.  Get a massage to relax those gorgeous back muscles that you have spent so much time making look SO good.  If you work hard, you will get the results you want and deserve.

To help tighten skin back up after pregnancy or weight loss, I have used Palmer's Firming Butter with Shea Butter, Collagen, Elastin & Vitamin E, and still use it.

I am not getting paid by Palmer's to say any of this and only have the proof and results of myself to know that this product worked/works for me.  It is the Cocoa Butter Formula...ah that is why I like it so much.  Anything with Cocoa in it has got to be good.  And for this chocoholic that works!  LOL  I love the smell of it and I used it on my body throughout both my pregnancies and I came through with no stretch marks across my belly.  Skin will shape back up if you take your time with your journey to A Healthier Version of YOU.  There is no quick fix.

Now I wish Palmer's were paying me to say all this, because my supply is running low and that means I will have to go to a maternity shop to purchase some more.  If anyone sees me going in there, they are going to think I am expecting again.  Nope.  Just wanting to firm things up.  So if the people at Palmer's are reading this, you know what to do...thanks.  LOL  I will be happy to send you my shipping address.  Love the product!

I just read an article about The Biggest Loser Show and how they should put in the rule for future shows that the winner must fall in the Healthy weight on the BMI chart in order to claim the prize and title.  I think that would be a great idea.

Until next time...Stay Strong!
