Week 3 Day 7 of RushFit

Week 3 Day 7 = Rest Day

I needed it after yesterday's workout.  I am now sore EVERYWHERE! It feels GREAT! The Full Body Strength & Conditioning workout definitely works. 

Just BELIEVE and you WILL do GREAT things.

I did some cleaning, moving stuff around, grocery shopping and then out to dinner with my family.

Today's food...
Breakfast/Lunch: Pemeal Lettuce Tomato Sandwich

Snack: Green Grapes

Dinner: Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Seasoned Vegetables


This post is very short today, but I will be back in top form again tomorrow.
