Body Revolution Day 68 of 90

Day 68 = Workout 10

Last time for workout 10.  Yay!!!! I move on to the last of the workouts next week.

So I went to the spa today for a little R&R.  My husband and kids gave me a gift card at Christmas time for the spa, so I used it today.  I booked myself in for the Spa Getaway package at http://www.ginaspa.com/

I enjoyed this exhilarating head to toe experience which included:
  • Aromatherapy Purifying Steam
  • Gina's Signature Thai Body Treatment
  • Light Make Up Application
  • Hair Wash and Blow Dry
  • Spa Fruit Smoothie
...and NO KIDS!  As I mentioned yesterday, I took today off, and then I dropped my children off at my sister's home for a few hours.

It was WONDERFUL!!!  The Thai Body Treatment was absolutely fantastic!  Thank you Meola!  I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who needs to TOTALLY pamper yourself.  Even if you don't live in this area, check out your local spas to see what they offer.
Thank you to Laurie for the doing my make up.  Thank you to Samantha for making my hair look fantastic!
I will definitely be back for more REWARDS pampering.  Once I hit my weight loss goal I am most certain I will be booking another Thai Body Treatment for myself.

I guess this time at the spa was part gift from my family, and part REWARD for completing weeks 9 & 10.  I know, I know I still need to do Cardio 3 tomorrow, but you know me, I will do it.  I have to!  All the great food I ate tonight at the wedding, I will have to burn it off.

Today's food...
Breakfast: Steel-Cut Oats with Raspberries
I told you that you would see these again soon.
Lunch: Spa Smoothie
I was at the Spa over the lunch period, so I enjoyed the smoothie that was included in my Spa Getaway.
I am not sure of the calories, but I will try and guesstimate it.  Sorry no picture...It looked and tasted delicious.

Snack: Baked Garlic Pita Chips
Just a little snack to tide me over til dinner time tonight

Dinner:  Tonight's dinner at the wedding was wonderful.  There was turkey, roast beef, schnitzel, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, whole wheat rolls, salad, sauerkraut, gravy and pie for dessert.  I tried a little bit of ALL of it.

Here are a few pictures of our friend's wedding
Congratulations Bill and Dawn!

My Little Poser

My Stylish Little Man

Today has been a long, yet wonderful day!

It seems so long ago that I did my workout this morning.  And after that workout I did my Plank hold challenge.  Today's time...
I am so tired right now, I don't think I will be able to make it to 2 minutes in the morning.  I have a show tomorrow and it's going to be another long day, I think.  I will try to get up early and get Cardio 3 done and then get ready and go to the Made By Hand Show at the International Center in Mississauga, ON.  If you live in the area, come and check it out.  For more details check out www.madebyhandshow.com Maybe I'll see some of you tomorrow.

Until then...Stay Strong!

Good night

Trina
