Brazil Butt Lift Day 21 of 35

Day 21 = Rest Day

No workout this morning...it was time to pack up.  Pack up clothes and pack up some healthy foods and snacks.  Here is my 6 Pack Fitness cooler bag partially packed.  My husband laughed at me when I showed him inside the top portion of the bag.  And here's why...

Because I am not a supplements kind of person, I added my own "supplements" to the area in which they are to be kept in the cooler bag.  I placed 2 Betterbee Honey Candies in each little compartment.  What?!?!

In addition to my "supplements" and bars in the top section, I also took the containers from the fridge and placed them in their spots in the bag.  The items included salad, radishes, grapes, cherries, pears and I could not forget the gel packs.  I did pack another cooler bag as well with some other dry snacks.

Today's food...
Breakfast: Multi-Grain Pancakes with Raspberries
I had to start my Holiday Sunday with these delicious pancakes, not just because I love them, but I wanted to use them  up so that they won't go bad.  Life's rough!

Snack: Phatsoslim Protein Bar/Betterbee Honey Candy(<<<yes from my supplement supply)

Lunch: Curried Chicken Wrap
This was a late late lunch today.  We took the kids to Playdium today and had a great time.  They loved playing the games that gave them the tickets in return.  After we left there, we stopped in at the Whole Foods Market for lunch at around 4:00pm.
         
It was really nice.  I'm glad it was near by and offered healthy choices for us all.

Snack: Green Grapes/Betterbee Honey Candy
I had discovered that I cannot eat green grapes that often.  I had some last night after we picked them up at the store and I had a really bad stomach ache through the night.  Well at least I thought I did.  I was so tired last night that I didn't know if I was just dreaming or if the pains were real.  Well after eating more grapes today, I know that the pains were real.  Ouch!  I can do it though.  I have be chocolate free since starting Brazil Butt Lift, with exception to my birthday, so I know I can go without grapes.

Dinner: Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Taco Salad with Balsamic Dressing
A fairly healthy choice while dining out tonight, but eating very late.  But that's okay because I am on holiday.


Snack: Butter Tart with NO Butter
Once back at the hotel room, my husband asked me if I brought the tarts that I had made the other day.  "Why yes I did".  I wanted something sweet, so I too indulged in one of my tasty pastries.

So earlier I said I did not do a workout today, well that not entirely true.  When we were at Playdium, my son wanted to play a stomping game, not sure of the name, so we swiped our play card and then he changed his mind.  So guess who played the game???  ME!  I had to stomp on Aliens.  I felt like I was dancing.  It was fun!  I told my husband he should have caught me on video then I could have shared it with you.  Next time!  Still...it wasn't much of a workout...LOL...but it got me moving today.

It's Sculpt day tomorrow and then a day full of walking, fun in the sun and roller coasters.
