Brazil Butt Lift Day 27 of 35

Day 27 = High & Tight + Tummy Tuck + Spinning + Walking

Today I was ready and gearing up to go to the Can Fit Pro Consumer show in Toronto.  I was up shortly after 6:30am to get my Sexy Saturday workout done.

It was nice to get back to the High & Tight and the Tummy Tuck workouts.  I can definitely feel it in my butt when I walk and sit down and get up and well just...all the time however I move, or don't move.  After I had both of these workouts completed, I headed upstairs to my spinning bike.  While my husband was waking up and getting ready I spent some time on my bike until he was finished in the bathroom.  It was nice to get back on my bike after a week of holidays.

After my husband and I were ready, we headed out to Toronto. While at the Can Fit Pro Consumer show I saw lots of great fitness products, equipment and people.  I picked up a Yoga DVD for Kids, something that we will definitely be trying out in the daycare next week.  As we made our way around, we came upon the Oxygen/Eat-Clean/Tosca Reno's booth.  This was the booth I wanted to be at to get my books signed and to pick up some more magazines.  The first person I saw there was the one person that inspired me to start my Plank Hold Challenge way back in the spring.  Theresa Lopetrone was at the Oxygen/ECD/Tosca Reno booth.  I told her how she inspired me to start my challenge and what my outcome was.  I had my husband take a picture of Theresa and I together.  @TheresaJenn Thanks for the inspiration and taking the time for the pictures. 
I knew I should have done something with my time.
They was a great deal on the magazines...$2.00ea or 3 for $5.00.  I almost bought the newest issue of Oxygen this week on holidays and then I thought I will pick it up at the show.  I'm glad I waited.  I should have gone back to get time.

A little inspiration goes a long way!

I knew I should have done something with my hair.  Rita and Tosca look fantastic!
There is more work to be done with MY butt, and then I have to work on my butt pose.

I also got my picture taken on the Oxygen stage...Could this be my new goal???(Sorry it's a bit blurry) make it for real.  I would love to be in it as a success story someday.  Next year I will get up on that stage again, and this will become my "Before" picture.  Well not my real "Before" picture because THIS is my real one...

Today's food...
Breakfast: Blueberry Banana Muffin
I grabbed one of these from the freezer before heading out the door this morning.

As you can see I almost forgot to take a picture. 

Snack: Various Protein Bars tasted at the show

Lunch: Spinach Salad with Tuna
We grabbed a quick bite to eat while at the show.  I was glad that there were some healthy choices at the show.  With being on holidays this week, I have yet to go grocery shopping, so I didn't have anything in the house to pack up and take with me.

Snack: Blueberry Banana Muffin
I did pack up one of these didn't look as good as the one at breakfast time...

It got a little bit squashed.  Oh well, it still tasted as good as the rest.

Dinner: Chicken Breast and Corn/Chicken Soup(not shown)

Snack: Popcorn
We had movie night with the kids once we got back home.  My daughter passed out before the end of The Lorax and my son was not too long after.  They had a busy day at my sister's house with their cousins.  I'm glad they had fun, because I know I did.

After we left the show we went walking around the city for a bit.  Got in a little "extra" workout in.  I could feel my workouts from yesterday and this morning all through my legs and butt.  I also went to visit my REWARD.  Anyone remember what that is??? 

Just a little reminder to keep my head in the game.
I have set my goal date to be December 1st, 2012.  In order to earn this reward, I must get to my goal weight of 130lbs by that date.  I will do it!  I deserve these Mini Sugars!

Tomorrow(well tomorrow is now today) is Rest Day.
